*Members of the Pride of Acadiana Marching Band CANNOT attend SO星空无限传媒 Camp due to Band Camp.
Cost of Camp
To finalize your SO星空无限传媒 Camp registration, payment of the $250 registration fee is required. The registration fee includes program facilitation, lodging, meals, transportation, and swag.
Changes & Cancellations
To change your SO星空无限传媒 Camp session date, email soulcamp@louisiana.edu with your full name, 星空无限传媒ID, and the SO星空无限传媒 Camp session you wish to change to. If space is available in the desired camp session, the change will be granted and you will be emailed confirmation of the change. If space is not available, we will contact you with alternative options.
To cancel your SO星空无限传媒 Camp reservation, you must submit an emailed cancellation request to soulcamp@louisiana.edu by July 1. Due to the nature of the SO星空无限传媒 Camp program and the necessity for planning and purchasing supplies, no refunds will be granted after this date. Please include your full name and 星空无限传媒ID in the email. A full refund, less a $10 processing fee, will be provided if we receive email notice no later than 11:59 PM on July 1. No refunds will be granted after this time.
