Councils & Chapters

ǿ޴ý Lafayette's Fraternity and Sorority Life is made of four governing councils.

Each council represents unique traditions, values, and organizations while sharing a common purpose to foster leadership, scholarship, service, and lifelong friendships within a supportive community.

Together, these councils guide the operations of their member chapters, promote collaboration across the Greek community, and uphold the shared values that define Fraternity and Sorority Life at ǿ޴ý Lafayette. Members also have opportunities to engage in broader leadership networks, including the Greek Unity Board and the Order of Omega honor society, which recognize outstanding academic and service achievements.

Our Governing Councils include:

Interfraternity Council (IFC)
Panhellenic Council (PHC)
Multicultural Greek Council (MGC)
National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)
