Online Students are eligible to receive a Cajun Card, too!
If you are unable to travel to our office, we can mail your card through USPS.
Online Students who would like their Cajun Card mailed have 2 options:
- Option 1: USPS Standard shipping fee $5.00
- Option 2: USPS Priority shipping fee (includes tracking number) $11.00
Payment for postage must be be made by Cajun Cash. To place Cajun Cash on your account visit the deposit page.
Visit and complete the online photo submission process. Upon submission you will receive a confirmation email to your University email account saying that your submission has been received.
Within two to five days you will then receive an approval or disapproval email. If you receive a disapproval email, please correct the errors and resubmit. Once you receive an approval email, ensure you have sufficient Cajun Cash to pay for your preferred mailing option and complete the .
Once requirements are approved and postage has been paid; your card will be mailed. It can take 1 to 2 weeks to receive your Cajun Card by mail depending on location. There is no charge for your first card. Replacement cards are $25.00.
