Gov. John Bel Edwards鈥 address Tuesday at the 星空无限传媒 will affect traffic on campus.

East St. Mary Boulevard between Hebrard Boulevard and McKinley Street will be closed in both directions to motorists from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bicycle lanes will remain open. Public parking for the address can be accessed using McKinley Street or Girard Park Circle.

Edwards will mark the start of a special legislative session with his 鈥淥ur Louisiana鈥 speech at 1 p.m. at the historic Earl K. Long Gymnasium, 500 E. St. Mary Blvd.
